If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.You will be based in Kinston, NC.Your main tasks:Duties and responsibilities of an Assembly Team Leader include but are not limited to the following:Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues.Backfills for absenteeism.Pull material (picks) for assembly line changeovers.Determine changeover material shortages and communicate with appropriate personnel.Oversee production of line.Qualifications:Be able to communicate in English clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.Experience with written and communication skills2+ years of Electrolux assembly experienceAble to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift-up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.High School Diploma or GED required.Benefits: At Electrolux, we take responsibility for our development in a supportive environment where we embrace our differences and learn from each other.
