EV Operations CoordinatorHallcon is a transportation and related infrastructure services company that serves clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation networks and more.Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth.We are seeking an EV Operations Coordinator to provide routing direction safely transport our EV fleet to and from client location and the EV charging depot.Responsibilities:Provide direction, guidance, and information to support vehicle operationsEnsure timely and accurate updates in all relevant systemsMonitor driver and vehicle activity during operational hoursTrack the charging status of electric vehicles (EVs) and ensure readinessCoordinate with the operations team to optimize charger use and schedulingCommunicate with client, drivers, managers, and other suppliers regarding changes to regular activitiesReport vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as requiredMonitor traffic to avoid and/or reduce exposure to heavily congested areasAll other job duties as assignedQualifications & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferredGood communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesyBasic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong performer independently or in a team settingAbility to juggle various responsibilities and tasks while maintaining focus in an active environmentMust be qualified to work in the United StatesWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.Hallcon is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
