Job description

Join a dynamic team in a hybrid administrative and operational support role where accuracy, organization, and timely communication make a real impact. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume, process-driven work and takes pride in keeping information moving smoothly through a case management workflow.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support using established templates to share information and updates with partners

Assign and distribute reports to the appropriate stakeholders for follow-up

Use a case management system to document, track, and manage work items

Route information accurately and promptly while maintaining organized records

Support consistent processes by following documented procedures and workflow expectations

Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and flag items that need additional review

Prioritize a high volume of detailed tasks while maintaining quality and timeliness

Exercise sound judgment when determining when issues should be escalated

Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion

Adapt quickly to changes in procedures, classifications, workflows, and business needs

Skills

Experience in a high-volume, process-driven environment such as case management, records processing, complaint intake, claims, tickets, or investigations support

Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter, review, and maintain information accurately in a system

Ability to identify missing, unclear, inconsistent, or potentially inaccurate information

Capacity to follow quality standards, classification rules, and service-level expectations

Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities

Good judgment when applying established criteria and knowing when to escalate

Comfort handling confidential business or employee-related information

Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting HR, employee relations, ethics, compliance, investigations, workplace concerns, or a related case-management function

Familiarity with Outlook

Experience using ChatGPT

Experience with EthicsPoint or another investigations, compliance, HR, or case-management platform
