Total Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD) in accessing services, resources, and community-based support.
This is a great opportunity for case managers, social workers, and human services professionals who are passionate about serving the IDD/DD population and looking for career growth in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
Degree must already be obtained
2+ years of case management experience
OR
2+ years of experience working with the IDD/DD population
Must live in Maryland
Must have:
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Active car insurance
