Job description
Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks a Coordinator Respiratory Therapy to lead day-to-day respiratory care services in our 350+ bed acute care facility. In this role, you’ll coordinate staffing and workflow, support ventilator and airway management, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse patients, including trauma and critical care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, oversee quality and safety initiatives, mentor staff, and help optimize equipment and protocols in a patient-first, team-driven environment.
