MaineHealth's Orthopedics - join Replacement team is seeking an organized, collaborative, professional Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join our us in a full-time, Monday-Friday role. This position has no weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements.

In this role, you'll support orthopedic operations, quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient education, certification requirements, marketing and outreach, and joint replacement programs. You'll work closely with the Orthopedics Program Manager, providers, frontline staff, and key stakeholders to coordinate projects, track progress, support patient flow, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our patients and families.

Summary:

The Coordinator - Joint Replacements role manages all aspects of the joint replacement patient's experience, from initial interactions with the hospital through surgery, discharge, and on-going follow up. The Coordinator - Joint Replacements interfaces with many departments and agencies internally and externally.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

License/Certifications: Current license to practice in Maine as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $83,324.80 to $112,736.00 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
