Ticketing Lifecycle Management: Apply working knowledge of the annual ticketing cycle — pricing, inventory allocation, on-sales, renewals, and fulfillment — to support Sales department planning and execution
Administrative Support: Serve as the primary liaison for the Ticket Sales department, managing internal documentation, project timelines, ticket inventory and allocations, post-event recaps, and sales reporting
Data Analysis: Utilize Salesforce, SeatGeek, Tableau, and Unify to manage data, identify new leads, build buyer profiles, and redistribute leads as necessary
Sales Reporting & Insights: Compile and distribute weekly reporting on sales pipeline activity across all Sales sub-departments; provide leadership with data-driven observations and recommendations to support decision-making
Marketing Collaboration: Manage all Sales-related marketing requests — including Creative, Email, Social, and Broadcast — ensuring alignment with sales campaigns and timely delivery
Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute group ticket packages and sales-driven initiatives that enhance the fan experience and drive revenue
Concerts & Events: Support concerts and special events by coordinating pricing, event details, and on-sale logistics for Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium
Sales Materials: Prepare sales materials, organize collateral, and provide input on creative assets for presentations and outreach; maintain and update sales content on Florida Panthers websites
Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and standards
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and ongoing operational needs to improve efficiency and cross-departmental coordination
