Job description
Renaissance Historic Exteriors in Belvidere, IL seeks a Sheet Metal Studio Director to lead the Copper Studio into national leadership in architectural sheet metal and restoration contractor partnerships. You’ll own the studio end to end: production scheduling, crew leadership, quality, cost, and growth.
You’ll drive R&D, pricing strategy, and capital improvements while partnering with Accounting and Sales/Estimating to keep the division profitable and growing.
