Production Worker / Molder (Entry-Level Manufacturing)

Full-Time No Weekends 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare equipment for production, including cleaning, coating, and assembly
Pour molten aluminum using appropriate handling tools and safety equipment
Monitor casting quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
Remove finished castings and conduct visual and dimensional inspections
Perform grinding, trimming, and cleanup on raw castings
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Complete production and quality checks
Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines
Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
Preferred Skills:
Manufacturing, foundry, or production experience
Knowledge of aluminum casting or metalworking processes
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in industrial or hot work environments
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
18+ years old
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
Starting wage: $20.00/hour (based on experience)
