Job description
MU Health Care is seeking a compassionate Core Charge Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit in Jefferson City, MO. This night-shift RN role rewards strong communication, leadership by example, and a commitment to patient safety and quality.
You will lead by coordinating admissions, transfers and discharges, monitor patient flow, adjust staffing to acuity, and provide clinical guidance to the nursing staff within a collaborative, patient-centered team.
