Job description
Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is a non-profit community hospital system committed to patient safety and high-quality laboratory care. The Core Laboratory Supervisor will oversee daily results review, QC processes, proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, and staff updates in a high-complexity laboratory.
Candidates must hold MT/MLS ASCP certification or MT (HEW), possess a bachelor’s degree, and have 4+ years of lab experience; 3–5 years of progressive leadership is preferred.
