Core Tech PositionCircle Graphics is the world's foremost producer of grand and large-format digital graphics. We are an industry leader in creating innovative products for outdoor advertising, business signage, wall decor, art reproduction, and the professional photography and art communities.Our combined 407,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 88 grand and large format digital printers, custom automated finishing equipment, and coating capabilities to produce printed recyclable materials up to 16 ft. wide. Our prepress department processes more than 20,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service and print over 431 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by World Class service.Role PurposeThe Core Tech is an entry-level prepress professional responsible for setting up and processing core Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising products. Under close supervision, this role learns and follows established SOPs, maintains quality standards, and builds foundational skills across Prepress workflows. This is a learning and development role with a clear path toward Core Tech II upon meeting defined performance and skill benchmarks.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess core OOH products including Posters and Bulletins following established SOPs.Maintain a consistent volume of daily output while meeting quality standards.Learn and apply prepress workflows, tools, and quality control standards.Follow QC checklists and document findings accurately.Receive training on Wall, Transit Fleet, and Specialty products with support.Communicate file issues or production blockers to Core Lead or Specialty Tech in a timely manner.Participate in onboarding, SOP training, and shadowing programs.Support team production deadlines by prioritizing assigned work effectively.Additional Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThis role requires proactive, responsive communication throughout the day by monitoring the inbox continuously, reviewing, prioritizing, and addressing internal and external inquiries promptly. The expectation is clear, professional responses that accurately resolve questions and reflect a high standard of service.
