nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a knowledgeable Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will document the company’s financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
nResponsibilities
nEnter financial data and transactions
nAnalyze budgets and other financial information
nReconcile bank statements
nPrepare financial reports and statements
nVerify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
nProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable
nCreate accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
nProcess payroll
nQualifications
nBachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
nPrevious experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
nKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
nGood with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
nStrong mathematical and analytical skills
nExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
nQuickBooks Expert (Testing Required)
nMS Office Advanced User
nADP Platform knowledge
nLooking for ATTENTION TO DETAIL and Organizational Skills a must
nConfidentiality a Must
nReporting directly to Owner, pay based on experience
