$140K base + annual bonus + profit sharing
Ready to lead a team without the busy-season grind? My client is a privately held global manufacturer based in the southwest suburbs. They're adding a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and close, coach a team of accountants, and modernize how the work gets done.
This is the second opening on this team, which reflects the growth.

What you'll do
Lead corporate accounting for accurate, on-time financial reporting and compliance.
Review financial statements, find and fix discrepancies, and protect data integrity.
Coach and develop a team of accountants.
Partner across departments to streamline close and improve workflows.
What you bring
An active CPA (required).
5 to 7+ years in accounting, with 2 to 4 years managing people.
A background in public accounting (audit or assurance manager) or industry (accounting or reporting manager). Both work.
A bachelor's in accounting or business. A master's is a plus.
Oracle experience is a plus, especially FCCS, ARCS, or Fusion. So is ERP implementation work.
Comfort with Excel and Power BI or Tableau. SQL or Python is a bonus.
Coming from public? This is a clean exit. You keep the technical work and the team leadership, and you drop the travel and the utilization targets.
