Our client, a premier mid-size law firm in Chicago, is actively seeking a corporate lawyer to join as an associate. Attorneys in this firm’s corporate practice handle a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

Responsibilities
Handle a range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A, entity formations, corporate restructurings, joint ventures
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
Provide advice and counsel to large, mid-size and small businesses and individuals from a wide variety of industries
Required Qualifications
5+ years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A
Experience with fundraising docs is a plus

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000+.
