A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking a Corporate M&A associate to join its growing Charlotte office.
The team advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors and strategic investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including:
mergers and acquisitions,
private equity and sponsor-backed investments,
leveraged buyouts,
carve-outs and divestitures,
growth equity transactions,
joint ventures, and
general corporate advisory matters.
Associates are given significant exposure to clients and deal strategy while working on sophisticated, high-value transactions.
The Charlotte office forms an integral part of the firm's broader national corporate platform, providing access to major deal flow while offering greater responsibility and direct partner interaction.
