Duties
Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and private equity transactions.
Provide efficient legal services independently and as part of a team.
Integrate into a national corporate practice and support complex transactions.
Engage directly with partners and clients on strategic deals.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in strategic M&A and private equity.
Experience ideally gained at a leading national or international law firm.
Strong academic credentials and critical reasoning skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Professionalism in client and colleague interactions.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative and effective team working ability.
Education
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted or eligible for admission in California.
