Duties
Provide legal services independently and as part of a team
Integrate into a national corporate practice
Support a range of complex transactions
Collaborate with team members effectively
Requirements
3+ years of experience in capital markets
Experience with '33 Act transactions and '34 Act compliance
Strong academic credentials and critical reasoning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organizational skills
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
Admitted or eligible for admission in New York
Skills
Professionalism in client and colleague interactions
Ability to balance competing responsibilities
Effective collaboration in team settings
