Location: Columbus, OH Estimated Salary Range: $155,000 - $235,000 (Based on experience and market data) Experience Level: At least 3+ Years Focus: M&A, Corporate Finance, and Governance

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support complex business transactions, including M&A and corporate financing.
Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, and securities compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated contracts and transaction documents.
Develop creative legal solutions for complex business problems.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and precision.
Build and maintain strong internal and external professional relationships.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Ohio or Washington, DC .
3+ years of corporate law experience, with a strong preference for candidates with an M&A or corporate finance background.
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proven project management abilities and the capacity to meet competing deadlines.
