A leading US law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join its highly regarded team in New York. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex and high-profile transactions, advising prestigious clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on a wide range of M&A and private equity transactions , including buyouts, investments, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
Provide strategic legal advice that balances risk management with business objectives.
Requirements
JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
Admitted to practice in New York.
Class of (3-8 years of post-qualification experience).
Strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions at a leading law firm.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
