The Corporate Attorney is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL, responsible for managing the company’s full contract lifecycle, including the drafting, review, revision, execution, and administration of client and vendor agreements. The position partners closely with Operations and Finance on contract-related matters and customer/vendor onboarding, while supporting broader legal operations and compliance activities, including business licensing, insurance and certificate of insurance (COI) management, corporate entity maintenance, and litigation support.

As a key member of the company’s growing legal department, this role will serve as the primary legal contact in our Tampa headquarters, while working closely with and receiving direction from our General Counsel in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to progressively build legal knowledge and responsibilities while gaining exposure to commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, acquisitions, and legal process improvement. The specialist will help maintain and enhance legal processes, systems, and workflows that support the department and the company’s continued growth.

Built through the acquisition of five companies and now integrating onto a single operating platform, we serve the largest retailers in North America, including Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and Walmart.
