Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

The Role
Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt‑financing and corporate governance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
The Requirements
5+ Years Experience
AMLaw or Large Firm Experience
Corporate Law Experience
The Package
Up to $250K Base
5-10% of everything you work on
End of Year Bonus
