As a CORPORATE CAMPUS SECURITY OFFICER, you'll be the standard bearer for safety and professionalism at a premier corporate campus, responsible for access control, site patrols and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgement and a polished, corporate demeanor.ResponsibilitiesConduct interior and exterior patrols, maintaining a visible and professional presence that protects personnel, property and informationMonitor surveillance systems, access control points, and site activity, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalateEnforce site policies and access control procedures with confidence and composure, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and guestsGreet and verify employees, visitors, and vendors with a customer-service approach while upholding security protocolsManage visitor check-in/badging processes and maintain accurate visitor logsPrepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs that reflect the documentation standards expected at a corporate sitePartner with site leadership and facilities staff to maintain a safe, professional environment that reflects GardaWorld's commitment to excellenceWhat's In It For YouSite Location: Oaks, PA (Active Driver's License required)Schedule: Open Availability Required (shift rotates every week)Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!)Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchingPaid time off (PTO) policyPaid holidaysDisability coverageLife insurance optionsQualificationsActive Driver's License requiredMinimum 2–3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience, preferably within a corporate, financial services, or office environmentExceptional situational awareness and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills, including report writingProfessional appearance and demeanor suited to a corporate office settingProven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shiftsAuthorized to work in the U.S.Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDAble to pass an extensive screening processStrong proficiency with technologySecurity, military, or law enforcement experience is a plusState license (if required)In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
