Job description
Flow is expanding its legal team and seeking a Corporate and Commercial Counsel to partner with the business across corporate and commercial matters. You’ll draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements while maintaining multi-entity governance across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of corporate or ECVC experience in a high-growth or venture-backed company, are admitted to the Florida or New York bar, and want to own work end-to-end in
