Role Description

The Corporate Controller at RevMed is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting. This role manages the month-end and year-end close processes, prepares financial statements, ensures adherence to GAAP, and maintains internal controls and accounting policies. The Corporate Controller leads the accounting team, coordinates audits and tax filings, and partners with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Daily responsibilities include reviewing journal entries, monitoring revenue and expenses, reconciling accounts, improving financial systems and processes, and providing clear financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with GAAP, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements.

Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and modeling.

Demonstrated expertise in internal controls, audit coordination, compliance, and policy development.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support business planning.

Leadership skills with a background in managing and developing accounting or finance teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.

Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.

Prior experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader, ideally in a technology, healthcare, or high-growth environment.
