Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, and revenue recognition activities. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 experience, and a background in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure accurate billing, collections, and AR management.
Lead monthly and annual close processes and deliver timely financial reporting.
Maintain GAAP compliance and improve close-cycle efficiency.
Own ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and contract accounting.
Support audits, internal controls, and financial process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience, including Corporate Controller or Accounting leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Acumatica ERP experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
CPA certification.
Hands-on experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue environment experience.
Strong analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
