Job description
Corporate Controller Position in Sheboygan County We are working on a Controller position for an international manufacturer in the Sheboygan area that has been around over 50 years and has seen steady/substantial growth throughout their history. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement and will be the right hand to the CFO.
Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Review and analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Provide clear and actionable financial insights to leadership
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls and financial processes
Serve as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional leaders
Support development of annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor financial performance against plan and identify variances
Drive continuous improvement across financial workflows and systems
Ensure effective use of ERP and financial systems
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA REQUIRED
8+ years of experience in manufacturing
4+ years of management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
