Job description
Quantum Health, Inc. seeks a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to serve as a trusted advisor on employer-sponsored health plans, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and contract negotiations with TPAs and PBMs.
The role supports compliance programs and regulatory updates across benefits administration. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal issues to business leaders.
