Job description

Amazon Leo Legal seeks a Corporate Counsel - Commercial Transactions to lead complex enterprise agreements and technology partnerships that drive its satellite connectivity initiative. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and support new business initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Based in Arlington, VA or Bellevue, WA. 5+ years of legal experience and a JD with bar admission are required.
