Develop additional legal and compliance resources for contracting and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate on the resolution of inquiries and complaints from customers and regulators.

Collaborate on the development and improvement of internal policies, procedures, and processes.

Project-manage various key legal and compliance projects.

Support or own other legal projects as determined by the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

JD from a top tier law school and a license to practice in good standing in primary state of residence.

3+ years total legal experience.

At least 2 years of law firm experience.

Prior experience performing in-depth legal risk assessments on consumer financial services regulations.

Experience supporting the compliance function of a consumer lender or lending platform.

Experience working with regulators to quickly and effectively resolve inquiries, complaints, or information requests.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation and equity package.

Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision).

Collaborative office culture with a strong product mindset.

Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape the future of consumer finance.

401k program with employer match.
