Job description
TRAC is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team in Princeton, NJ, reporting to the General Counsel. You will advise senior leadership on corporate, regulatory, and risk matters and draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
The role requires a JD, NJ bar admission, 3–5 years in litigation/collections/insurance, and comfortable managing outside counsel. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote; salary range $125,000–$150,000 plus up to 20% discretionary
