CarMax seeks a Corporate Counsel to serve as a key legal advisor focusing on securities and corporate governance. You will support SEC/NYSE compliance, prepare filings, and assist with governance and equity compensation matters from the Richmond, VA office.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in securities law and corporate governance, with strong written and oral communication, analytical, and leadership skills. This role requires onsite presence at CarMax Home Office in Richmond, VA.
