Job description
Corporate Desk Nurse
Excelcare is seeking a Corporate Desk Nurse to support clinical operations, compliance, and administrative functions across our facilities from our corporate office. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse looking to step away from bedside care while still applying clinical expertise - This is a desk-based, Monday-Friday position with no direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing clinical charts and documentation
Monitoring pharmaceutical orders
Supporting quality initiatives
Assisting with regulatory compliance
Serving as a clinical resource for facility staff
Requirements
Must be a registered nurse with a current license
Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
