Job description
This is a remote, project-based role for corporate finance professionals with 1–3 years of work experience. You will complete tasks similar to those performed in corporate development, or FP&A. Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Responsibilities
Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions
Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases, etc.)
Translate complex accounting and tax considerations into forecasted P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impacts
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience incorporate finance or FP&A
Understanding of financial modeling & accounting
