Job description
Target Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the dedicated HR partner for corporate departments, owning employee relations, investigations, and coaching in alignment with field HR. This role reports to the HR Manager and is based at the West Texas corporate office.
The successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing, onboarding, and retention, ensuring policy and employment law are applied consistently across all functions.
