Job description
Public Storage is seeking a capable junior lawyer (3–5 years) to join the Legal Department as Counsel, Corporate and Joint Ventures. You will support JV activities, operating partnership matters, and general corporate and securities needs, reporting to the Associate General Counsel.
Collaborate with Acquisitions, Tax, Investor Services, and Corporate Finance, providing strategic, business-minded legal advice while managing outside counsel as needed.
