Lead deals, lead clients, and build your business at a prominent Orlando firm.
A prominent AV-rated Orlando firm is seeking qualified attorneys for its Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practice. This role offers immediate responsibility and a real seat at the table.
What you'll do
Serve in both first and second chair roles on complex transactions
Take front-line deal involvement
Manage client relations and lead business development efforts, with immediate responsibility
Work with recognized private equity and venture capital firms, as well as local and national companies and lenders
Required qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Corporate M&A or private equity work
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Significant mergers and acquisitions transaction experience
Strong work ethic
Comparable law firm experience
Full-time
Equity partner opportunity, plus excellent compensation and benefits
A portable book of business is not required
Salary range of $175,000 – $250,000+, depending on relevant experience
