Job description
Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks qualified attorneys for its Corporate & Transactional practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of4-6 years of experience in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions. The firm will also consider candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the same relevant areas for additional needs within the group. Qualified new graduates with a strong academic background and relevant coursework may also be considered.
