Job OverviewA
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.
DutiesDraft
Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
Requirements2
2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.
EducationJD
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
CertificationsMust
Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
SkillsProficiency
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating M&A and private equity documentation.
Familiarity with middle-market deal structures.
High degree of maturity and business sense.
