The firm is looking for talented junior, mid-level, and senior associate candidates with at least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in private equity and M&A, at a nationally recognized law firm.
Duties
Engage in corporate transactional work, focusing on private equity and M&A.
Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
Draft and review complex legal documents with precision.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work.
Experience in private equity and/or M&A at a nationally recognized law firm.
Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills.
Client-team focused approach.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
