A law firm seeks a highly qualified Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Associate to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on private equity and mergers & acquisitions, gained at a nationally recognized law firm.
Duties
Engage in corporate transactional work with a focus on private equity and M&A.
Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
Draft and review complex legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work.
Experience in private equity and/or M&A at a nationally recognized law firm.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
