Job description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with experience in a law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and file corporate documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, including formation documents, operating agreements, board minutes, and annual reports.
Maintain electronic corporate records and minute books.
Support corporate and real estate transactions, due diligence, closings, and regulatory filings, including UCC and SEC filings.
Conduct legal research and assist with corporate governance and compliance.
Improve legal workflows using technology, automation, and AI tools.
Develop standardized templates, checklists, and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
10+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, business entities, transactions, and legal documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and related legal software.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. xhmxlyz
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with attorneys and staff.
