Job description
A national law firm with a rapidly growing Raleigh office is seeking a corporate law partner or senior counsel to handle sophisticated Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of prior law firm experience, and would ideally be a partner with some portable business. There is the potential for the successful candidate to inherit significant business. This firm's Raleigh office has a collegial and entrepreneurial culture, and offers an exciting platform for a partner or senior counsel to practice corporate law.
