The Firm
A highly respected law firm are looking to appoint a senior corporate attorney (Partner Level) to join their Florida Office. Revered for their Corporate and M&A practice, this firm are seeking to strategically hire an attorney to ensure their exponential growth continues. They are offering immediate access to high quality work within their thriving and sophisticated practice. In this role you will play a leading role in complex mergers and acquisitions, while advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters across a diverse portfolio of industries. This firm engages with both domestic and international clients and in this role, you will oversee the entire transaction process, take the lead in negotiations, and mentor more junior attorneys. Key responsibilities of this role include:
Leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions and divestitures from inception to closing
Advising clients on a variety of corporate governance and business matters
Serving as first-chair attorney on complex M&A deals
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients across a range of industries

Requirements for this role:
Experience supervising/mentoring junior attorneys
Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
Ability to independently lead deals with experience leading M&A transactions as first chair
Florida bar admission
