Administrative SupportPerform administrative support for facility concerns for staff at Home Office, including receptionist duties.What We Offer:$25.00 - $28.00 per hourPaid TrainingFREE UTI or Concorde Tuition for you AND your Immediate FamilyMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Ins/STD & LTD Ins401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveResponsibilities:Greet visitors and direct visitors to appropriate staff members.Answer all incoming lines in a prompt, professional manner and route to the proper department.Provide excellent customer service.Distribute and track access cards to visitors.Set up guest internet access for visitors and auditors.Coordinate charitable events for home office to include blood drive, back to school drive, adopt a family and organization of the Climb to Conquer Cancer walk for Home Office, Avondale and MMI.Function as the contact person for all Home Office facility concerns by managing the Help Desk automated process for repairs and building maintenance and scheduling vendors and building management for maintenance.Monitor the monthly obligation to City Market Deli and maintain a working relationship with the deli.Manage the budget and audit process for the Maricopa County Air Quality. Responsible for the monthly TRIP contests at the Home Office in addition to overseeing Avondale and MMI campus programs.Coordinate distribution and communication of the yearly TRIP Reduction Survey for students and employees at Home Office, Avondale and MMI.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education / Experience:High School diploma GED.Previous experience with multi-line phone systemAt least 1-3 years experience working front desk in corporate office setting.Experience with implementing and administering key processes with little supervision.Skills:Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.Possess excellent customer service skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAbility to prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules.Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.Organization and attention to detail skills.Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities.Ability to communicate effectively with employees and visitors.Abilities:Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds or less 5% of the workdayMust be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workdayMust be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workdayMust be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday.Work Environment:Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
