Job description
Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for key corporate roles within the Human Resources & Talent Management function.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and outreach through selection coordination.
Design and execute sourcing strategies using data, ATS tools, and market insights.
Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, evaluate candidates, and drive hiring decisions.
Manage a high-touch candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Use recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and enhance candidate quality.
Support a results-driven, collaborative culture and organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Comfort using ATS systems and recruiting analytics.
Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions.
Excellent communication and organization to deliver a rigorous, consistent process.
