Duration: 12 Months
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, and other corporate/staff functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
Handle 15–17 requisitions simultaneously.
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver qualified talent.
Manage interviews, candidate communication, and hiring workflows.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
Requirements:
5+ years of recruiting experience
Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting background.
Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, or corporate functions.
Proven high-volume recruiting/hiring results.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Workday or similar ATS experience preferred.
Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
