Job description
LHH is assisting a highly regarded law firm in its search for a Corporate Securities & Capital Markets Associate to join its growing corporate practice. This attorney will work closely with leading partners and represent public and emerging growth companies in a broad range of capital markets transactions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and SEC compliance matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking sophisticated deal work, meaningful client contact, and a long-term platform for career growth within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
This position offers:
