Job description
Fenwick & West seeks mid-to-senior corporate associates with at least three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation across our Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, New York, and Santa Monica offices. Experience with technology or life sciences clients is desired; M&A or capital markets background is a plus.
Candidates must be barred in the applying jurisdiction or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
