Job description
Land O'Lakes is seeking a Corporate Strategy Director to guide the long-term vision and growth from our Arden Hills, MN headquarters. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will align corporate objectives with market realities and lead cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic initiatives.
You will partner with Economic Research, define KPIs, evaluate new opportunities, and engage with investors and the Board to ensure disciplined execution and resilience.
